Terms of service

These terms apply when you use storeleakfix.com or hire Store Leak Fix, a service of MrslmGroup LLC ("we", "us"). Each project also has a written plan (the "proposal") that lists the work and price. If the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal wins.

Free store review

The free review is general advice based on what any shopper can see on your store. It is free, with no obligation to buy.

Services and access

We do the work described in your approved proposal. You give us the access we need (for example, a staff account on Shopify or your email tool) and approve anything that goes live to your customers when the proposal says so.

Payment

• One-time projects are paid in full before work starts, unless the proposal says otherwise.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance each month by Stripe invoice or subscription.
• Software and app fees (such as Shopify apps or your email tool) are paid by you directly.

Cancellation and refunds

• Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. You pay for that notice period, and work continues during it.
• One-time projects: if you cancel before we start, we refund in full. Once work has started, we refund the part of the work not yet delivered.

Results

We work to improve your store's sales, but results depend on many things outside our control, such as your products, pricing, traffic and the market. We don't guarantee any specific result.

Ownership

Once paid for, the content we create for your store (product descriptions, emails and similar) belongs to you. We may keep general know-how and templates that aren't specific to your business.

Confidentiality

We keep your store data, sales numbers and customer information confidential and use them only to do your work. We'll only share your results publicly with your written permission.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where MrslmGroup LLC is registered.
